Harrogate’s Techbuyer Secures King’s Award For Sustainable Development
Techbuyer, a provider of sustainable IT solutions, has been honoured with the King’s Award for Enterprise for Sustainable Development.
Announced today (Wednesday 6 May), the award is one of the UK’s highest official honours for business excellence.
Founded in 2005 and employing 190 people at its Harrogate headquarters, Techbuyer specialises in circular economy IT practices. The company focuses on reducing the environmental impact of hardware by championing refurbished equipment and diverting electronic waste from landfill for a global client base.
