Newcastle-based Naylors Gavin Black is inviting entries for the first national commercial property auction launched by The Commercial Property Network (CPN), a new independent auction platform for commercial real estate.

CPN Auctions provides property owners with direct access to a national database of buyers, leveraging the expertise and client networks of 33 independent commercial property advisory firms across the UK, including Naylors Gavin Black.

The first CPN auction will take place online on Wednesday 19 March 2025, featuring commercial properties from across the UK. This timed digital auction offers a streamlined and efficient way for sellers to reach a broad pool of investors.
