Eden Camp has announced an action-packed Easter holiday with a lineup of family-friendly activities, interactive workshops, and living history experiences. From 30th March to 12th April 2026, visitors can explore wartime Britain through hands-on fun, immersive exhibits, and engaging storytelling, with the return of the Living History Weekend on 4th-5th April.
The Great Easter Egg-scape Trail - Every day
Families are invited to take on a challenge with Eden Camp’s Easter Egg-scape Trail. Explore the museum, hunt for hidden eggs, crack secret clues, and decode a wartime mystery message. Successful detectives will receive a treat from the shop as a reward for their efforts.
Easter Holiday Interactive Workshops
Carrots on a Stick - 12pm-1pm on selected dates - Take a step back in time and discover a wartime Easter treat - Carrots on a Stick. During WWII sugar rationing, children enjoyed carrots as a natural ice lolly. In this activity, kids can decorate their own carrot ‘lollies’ with honey and sprinkles, learning a delicious bit of history as they go.
Propaganda Egg Art - 12pm-1pm on selected dates - Explore how powerful messages were communicated during the war to influence behaviour and boost morale, and decorate eggs with bold colours, slogans, and symbols.
