Leeds-based property marketing agency DS.Emotion has been appointed to four new residential projects across the UK. The wins include The Wood Street Collection in Wakefield for Fallowdale Homes, Vivere in Manchester for Forshaw Land & Property Group, and Higgs Yard in Brixton for housing association Peabody.

The agency has also been named creative and marketing lead for Huddersfield-based Vivly Living’s growing development portfolio in West Yorkshire.
