Avant Homes Enters North West With £32m Housing Scheme
Avant Homes has marked its debut in the North West with the launch of a £32 million residential development in Great Eccleston, Lancashire.
Named Oakview Quarter, the 115-home scheme is located off Copp Lane and includes a mix of one- to five-bedroom properties. The development features a variety of house types, terraced, semi-detached and detached, designed to appeal to a broad range of buyers, from first-time homeowners to growing families.

Initial prices for the energy-efficient homes range from £284,995 for a three-bedroom Cadeby to £412,995 for a four-bedroom Thoresby. A four-bedroom showhome is set to open in August, with the first completions and resident move-ins expected in September.
The launch represents a strategic expansion by Avant Homes, which already operates across the Midlands, Yorkshire, the North East and Scotland.
Hannah Orgille, Sales and Marketing Director at Avant Homes, said: “Great Eccleston is an excellent location for us to debut our range of practically designed, energy efficient homes within the North West. Our homes have proven hugely popular with buyers throughout the rest of the north of England, the Midlands and Scotland, so we are very pleased to make them available at Great Eccleston.”
Orgille added that buyer interest has been strong since work began on site, driven by demand for new-build housing in well-connected rural settings.
The Thoresby, one of the flagship homes in the release, exemplifies Avant’s focus on layouts suited to modern family living. The detached four-bedroom property includes an open-plan kitchen and dining area with garden access, a snug or study, utility space and multiple reception areas. The upper floor features a main bedroom with ensuite, two further double bedrooms, a single room and an additional flexible-use space.
Avant’s expansion into Lancashire comes amid wider housebuilding interest in the North West, with demand for energy-efficient, family-sized homes continuing to shape regional development strategies.
